This PSA is made possible by Dr. Cecil and Right To Vote council.....or Ross,Devin, and me. This video was challenging because we didn't know what to say. It had to be something around 8 seconds long and it had to be meaningful. The other challenge was to find a suitable location. The video isn't the best as far as lighting is concerned, but the audio is decent. I was glad to see the final product turned out alright and I am looking forward to making more PSAs.
